Complain VOX***7

Disappointed in how Vox has been handling my query as stated in November 2020 that I am not prepared to pay for a service I have not made use of. VOX has since not responded to my query I send to them several times and now have blacklisted me. How do you blaclist a person who doesn't have an email address for the past ten years. I want to know what due diligence was done between Vox and Absa when Vox took over the absafreemail from free to a paying account. The funny part is every month I have policies going off that account but a mere 43+ couldn't be debited from that account. I am glad it didn't go off cause I would've paid for something I have not been using for 10 years and I phoned and spoke to different people and has still not been helped to clear the account.Phoned Shawate who works on accounts left messages for her and still no responses.Logged a query on their system no luck
