Complain leak of service delivery

I am very shocked by the Services of Vox they promised me the best service in the world they said they are the best in the industry of internet I decided to sign up for the service on the 3rd day of the internet being installed in my house the services were down I had no internet at all for the whole week and they want me to pay for the services I did not receive. I am asking them to provide me with all the call recordings they are refusing.
