********* Company - I cancelled my contract in Feb gave my one months notice. On 15th march received email that they would pick up their instrument on 1st April - although i made sure someone was at home the whole day they never arrived, no sms or missed calls or emails. Then I received an invoice and although I complained - saying i am not paying for there mistakes - there answer was to hand me over to a collection agency. At No Time did they make another appointment to collect the Instruments which were available to be collected up until 5th July when transfer took place on the House I sold.
