Communication needs improvement
Vox really needs to improve on their communication channels. I wrote an email with a technical query and I got a response a week later saying the query had been resolved but I'm still having the same issue as before. As for the whatsapp I don't even know why it exists. I sent a message at 7.30 one night and got a response at 11pm when I'm sleeping. Right now my wifi is down, sent a message on whatsapp....now I wait
