Clueless Technical Support at VOX

I would like to express my utmost disappointment with Vox Telecom as ISP. I used other ISP's in the past and I can most certainly say that Vox Support is the worst of them all. Firstly, network outages etc are seldom communicated if at all. And it it is communicated, it usually is done after the problem has been attended to -which sometimes take days! Secondly, I'm using my own private network infrastructure since I'm running a Smart Home. This was communicated to VOX BEFORE I signed up. Vox indicated that it wouldn't be a problem. During the last couple of weeks, I started experiencing problems with internet connection. After the network provider was ruled out, my router was to blame as Technical Support couldn't access it. This is what was mentioned to them before I signed up - I was going to use my own router. I only need the DNS servers in order to type them in manually on my router, as I've realised that DNS is causing problems. The response from VOX Technical support is that they cannot provide me with these DNS server addresses as they cannot access my router. I've tried to explain to them on numerous occasions that they simply have to provide me with these addresses, and that I will type them in manually, but I guess that happens when you appoint clueless people to work at Technical Support. I still haven't received these DNS server addresses and am now using alternatives.
