Cloud Support - Abysmal
I cannot even begin to explain the incompetence of this woman and her "team".
I have spend the last week trying to get a solution to a problem, which in fact is a problem apparently only VOX experiences, as I have done the exact same thing on multiple other shared hosting servers with success.
During this soul draining process I went through (by either speaking to them on the phone and/or by email) Junior & Senior Technical Engineers (google searching, copying and pasting experts, useless), the Core Engineer (this mystery "person", who I actually believe to be Google, cause I never spoke to him, or got an email... nothing. Megan did manage to say "MY CORE ENGINEER" to me about 8 times in a 3 min conversation, like she was trying to prove that it was in fact a real person) and the manager herself (Incompetence personified. Megan managed to say some of the dumbest **** I have ever heard, both in emails and over the phone.)
I feel like I have lost braincells due to this interaction with Megan and her team of google warriors.
I have advised my client to move all their business away from VOX.

Kindly note that we have done a thorough investigation into your complaint and the following concludes:
Our Technical Department has been in contact with you and advised you that you cannot upload the Wordpress Plugin on your website as this requires php v7. Our servers are currently running on php v5
Unfortunately we cannot change our servers to php v7 due to the conflict these changes will make with customers making use of php v5.
We have taken note of your complaint against the agents assisting you and we will be addressing the relevant parties involved.

I HAVE DONE A CARBON COPY OF THIS WEBSITE ON A DIFFERENT HOST. SAID HOST IS ALSO RUNNING PHP5 and NOT PHP7
That is NOT the issue. How can it work on one and not the other and then the version gets blamed.
Do me a favour, don't reply to this.... I never want to deal with anyone from VOX EVER again, including yourself. I just loose braincells everytime I do. I didn't make this post to get a solution, I've wasted enough time on that. I simply did this post so everyone can see how **** VOX is.
Looking at other posts on hellopeter, this is an obvious trend with VOX.

22 Jan 2018, 18:46So, it took me 5 min of my own time to find the solution. The VOX server i'm using doesn't even have CURL enabled for PHP5. THIS IS THE SOLUTION. 5 days of BS for me to find the answer in 5 min. Useless!

As per feedback received from our Core Department we managed to get a work around to enable Curl on our server,
