I cancelled my ADSL data subscription with Vox in the beginning of February 2017 but decided to continue with the service. I send an email and contacted the customer service dept. It was confirmed that my service would not be terminated end of February and that my subscription would continue as normal. My debit order for 100 GB data was submitted and paid. I wanted to log into my client account on the 22 nd March but was unable to do so. I was then told that my service has been terminated on the 18th March. Customer service could not tell why but i was assured that the service will continue. I was also told that I had 79GB of data left. On the following Saturday my service was terminated again. VOX connected me temporarily and advised me to contact accounts the next week. When asked why the service was terminated, they said that I send an email the pervious month but they admitted that they received my request not to cancel the service. They could not tell why the service was canceled Mid March. Although they admitted theit mistake they still blamed it on me and they refused to refund me for the data that I have lost.

Kindly note that we receive your cancellation request on 06/02/201 and confirmed the cancellation of your services on 15/02/2017.
We then receive your request to reverse the cancellation on 24/02/2017, however at that time the services had already been scheduled for cancellation effective 18/03/2017, which could not be reversed. A sales agent was in contact with you and informed you that the account has been re-activated.
Due to the cancellation that was already scheduled, the data remaining was forfeited when the cancellation took effect. However, the Consumer Accounts Manager made contact with you and provided you with an additional credit on your account equivalent to the data that was forfeited on the account when the cancellation took effect.
