Charged Extra monthly amount for public websites

Account is under my Husband's Name: Lubabalo Tyalimpi, Good network connection however Vox has public websites that are blocked and they request users to pay extra to have access to those.

Example. I could not access Sefa.org.za which i usually accessed as I consult for the department. Suddenly it was locked and I was informed id have to pay an extra amount on a monthly bases to access the site. I am still waiting for some one from their team to contact me to give me access to the site 09/05/2024.
