Charged Extra monthly amount for public websites

Good network connection however Vox has public websites that are blocked and they request users to pay extra to have access to those.

Example. I could not access Sefa.org.za which i usually accessed as I consult for the department. Suddenly it was locked and I was informed id have to pay an extra amount on a monthly bases to access the site. I am still waiting for some one from their team to contact me to give me access to the site 09/05/2024.
