Charged but didn't receive ADSL access details

After mybroadbands review of Vox I decided to cancel my Afrihost data and get the Fat pipe due to the uncapped after hours.<br> <br> I ordered the Fat pipe yesterday expecting to be able to make use of it last night, however I did not receive my ADSL access details. I emailed info and support, which claim to have 24/7 support, however I have not received any response.<br> <br> If this is the way Vox carries on on day 1, I do not wish to be a customer of theirs. Even their clientzone is pathetic.<br> <br> Please refund me since I have received no service from vox. I will be going back to Afrihost with whom I've had no problems in 6 years!
