Cap increase doesnt apply to R164 customers

<p>Vox recently increased all fat pipe users cap by about 30%. Why does this not apply to the Fat Pipe 150GB package for R164?</p> <p> </p> <p>When I initially signed up it was 100GB for R164, a few months later it increased to 150GB for R164 - 100%.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I see the regular priced customers cap of 150GB has been upgraded to 200GB - but not us promotional offer guys? Unacceptable. The fact that we signed up for the 100GB capped account (migrated to 150GB and now 200GB) while on promo has nothing to do with it. This was a stock 100GB fatpipe package at the time of purchase which should benefit irrespective of price.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nowhere during signup did you state that this account was different from other fat pipe accounts and will not benefit from package upgrades.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this sorted ASAP.</p>
