Can’t stand Vox and Vumatel

I missed a day’s work today - thanks to Vox and Vumatel. I contacted Vox due to the connectivity issues I was dealing with and a ticket was filed. A technician ended up getting dispatched and promised me the issue was resolved, I should be connected to the internet within an hour as the line was being provisioned, hours passed I contacted Vox for assistance and was to lodge to restart my router after 2 hours and the internet should be up and running but wasn’t. Reached out to Vox again and was told the turn around time is 3 days which means I need to miss 3 days of work because of their inefficiency and incompetence and by the way this is not the first time this happened - years ago my line was assigned to someone else and had to miss work for 5 days. At this point I’m ****ing done.
