Cant load a debit order

I missed 1 debit after almost 2 years. Reason my work did not pay me. So i tried all thereways o load it again with no success. And plenty phone calls. So they sent letters of demand and treating me with laywers and legal cost, while im on a month to month basis with no contract. No service over the phone.

Please advise as to who this person is. As all im getting is a 24hr turn around time when i phone. So i payed the amount. And im cancelling my account.
