Cannot walk the service talk. Poor customer service.

Unfortunate to have a company in this day and age who cannot deliver what they promise. As a potential new customer, after 2 weeks , no router or sim, but they processed my Debit order and took my money without proof of delivery verified. So they approved my RICA. Then send it to a totally wrong address. Several customer support logs and phone calls from my side, to no avail. U s e l e s s .
