Cannot move with contract????

I would suggest that you tell new clients that they are not allowed to move for at least a year, because you are not able to assist them. And that if they do want to move that they will be liable for thousands in penalties....so now we have to cancel the contract and take out a new contract because you are not able to assist us to install the current contract at our new house and just continue with the contract?????
