Cancellation of order requested not received VOX***5: Subject: VOX***5: Subject: Fwd: VOX:Q*** Contract Acceptance Request for Jill Johannes

I have been waiting 4 days for confirmation that my order has been cancelled. I signed up based on an online add. He quote came to a different amount than the add. After submitting several requests for clarity as impossible to reach the consultant I was allocated each time my query is acknowledged then closed. I then called the help centre and after being transferred twice they got me through to the consultant who confirmed he would immediately send me confirmation it was cancelled. Still nothing recieved. I hope I get the response after having to escalate this to hello Peter.
