Cancellation of an unauthorized order.

I made an enquiry for Fibre at VOX. I was told that there is already an ISP at my new residence. The matter was escalated and the "existing line" was removed. A lady from Vox called my cell, and asked to proceed with the Fibre order: I said no, i already have a LTE solution. the lady proceeded to process the order after I declined. VOX sent a 'router', and I was bul**** by their courier into taking delivery of the unopened parcel to date, and was instructed to log a return. VOX fails to find their 'recorded calls' because its against their favour, and now its stated that a cancelation is logged and I must pay R1100 for an unopened parcel. The lady who called for installation, hung up the call when i stated that I dont need their service.

BE CAREFUL to NEVER enquire or take business with VOX. They are just looking to fix you into a contract and take your funds for no service
