Cancellation of account ignored

I have over the past 2 weeks been trying to cancel my account with vox. My cancellation mails have been read but not responded to. When I call the service department I get transferred around and after 3 attempts yesterday of 10min a shot and and 1 this morning I am fed up. A debit order went off on Sunday which was not suppose to happen. Their service is disgusting please help
