Cancellation Fees - Vox has not End
I have been with Vox for more than 3 years.
Unfortunately we have moved a few times and were forced to cancel our service as Vox just sits back and says sorry that is how it is.
Not once has Vox come to the party, they keep charging me cancellation fees!
I have paid more than R10 000.
I gave notice on the 31 of August.
I had no reply from anyone and resent my email again.
Today I get a email that states that my account will only be cancelled at the end of October as they did not get 1 months notice and I need to pay another cancellation fee of R2700+.
Vox does not offer transfers or relocation!
They do not come to the party.!
Worst customer service.
They push for the signature and that is about where it stops!
I am honestly fed up with this company and will not refer them or their services.
They over promise and under deliver!
Thank you for your query.
As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
We have also taken note of the Cancellation date dispute and have escalated the query for further assistance.
We will investigate the matter and provide feedback to you soonest via our official company communication platforms as per our website.
Kind Regards,
Vox
