Cancellation fee

my name is mapula , i have never experienced such terrible service in my life. we were misled by a Vox Telecomconsultant Mphulose Mogane who connected and activated the router at my old house. He told me that Vox contracts are month to month and after telling him that I was moving to a new address in the next two months where they also have fibre optics lines, he told me that the same contract will be carried over to the new property. All that would be required of me would be to pay the re-connection fees as I will be moving to a new address because I will still be continuing with the Vox as a service provider. and now Vox telecom is telling me to pay a cancellation fee, they dont care of what their consutant told me. thus far i spoke to 4 consultants and their Hilton who is separating the company from the agent . i have logged a complaint with him , if i dont call him for progress as a manager he does not.
