Can this be the worst telecom service provider in the country?

So I venture to Hellopeter to share my frustration regarding a company and management that really does not give a damn about their customers to find that I share my frustration. 83% of reviewers give one star. Even worse than Vodacom, MTN and Telkom. Wake up people in Management! It took us more than a year to get a business fiber link installed (for us a business critical service). One would think that the reason for that was a lack of infrastructure.... Wel NO, just a continuous passing the buck within VOX, terrible project management and don't care attitude. (I can write a book on this)

So last week the said fiber connection stopped working. Ticket logged etc. Response from their technical support: the fiber link needs to be activated...What! How could you not know that a service you have been charging a customer for has been active or not. Anyway, our own IT department, after time wasting from VOX, found that the power supply on the VOX router has died. Now I just wonder how long it will take them to replace the power supply???
