CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be amazing if someone could actually get back to me with regards to the installation of my fibre line. When I called i just get put through from 1 department to the next and eventually hung up.....and I am yet to receive any e-mail feedback with regards to my order which was placed 18th March which is almost a month ago!!!
