Can Never assist, butr quick to demand money!
The Worst customer service humanly possible! Honestly, Every single time I have to deal with your customer service department I have been severely annoyed and was not able to resolve my issues.
My bank account details have changed. I have sent an email with the new details and was on the hold for 40minutes just to be told they cannot help me and I have to do it myself on the portal, that does not work! I have been trying for the last 2:30 HOURS!!! How can an ISP not have a working website!!!!!!*&^%R$E#
I cannot express my frustration with the company any further!
The absolute worst!
