*******: ********* Business Practices.

We’ve been charged for a WiFi service that was never activated. According to Vox, because we didn’t report the issue, they claim we’re liable for the charges. However, I’ve been disputing this for over three months, stating that no one contacted us to activate the line. A month later, a technician from MetroFibre visited and confirmed that the signal reading was too high for WiFi to work, so they replaced the wires. How can we be held responsible for these charges under these circumstances? Now we are given a bill of R4167 for wifi we never used!!!

Additionally, why did Vox’s system fail to detect that our line was inactive? Now I’m expected to trust the accuracy of your billing system? Fatima from the Finance department has been no help at all—accusing us of using WiFi that she claims was activated, with no investigation or review of the evidence I provided. Despite forwarding her the necessary information, asking her to listen to call recordings, and requesting she contact the technician who replaced the wires, she dismissed the issue without any proper follow-up.

Save yourself the trouble—this service provider has zero respect for customers and is prepared to take your money without delivering the service.
