Bunch of clowns

Absolutely ******* ISP. Been without fibre in Bryanston for a week and a half. Between them and Vumatel none of them can tell you when the fibre break affecting goodness knows how many people can be fixed and they dont seem to particularly care either. When asked if I would be compensated for zero service and all the money I was paying, I was told the contract didn't cover it (a contract which expired over a year ago).

I can't say enough bad things about this company. Avoid at all costs.
