Bullying & lack of communication.

Once we EVENTUALLY got our service up and running we had no complaints until we cancelled our services after our contract term had expired.

We have been called about collecting equipment that was never issued to us as our server was on their own site. Despite expressing this on a call they still set up an appointment for removal of equipment, and despite calling again we still received reminders for this collection. This has now been resolved.

But here is the final straw, we gave 1 months notice as per general terms and conditions and are now being held to 1 Calendar month (not stated in the terms) and no one will budge. Apparently Vox's stance is final irrespective of the client and the correspondence. To the point of a Final notice being issued giving 7 days before the account is handed over for collection.

I still have email services which i signed up for with Vox and will only be continuing with this because this has now been taken over by another company. Thank goodness.

I would never again sign up for any Vox services as their bullying tactics are despicable.
