Bull****ting Business

Good Day, I actually have so much to say regarding Vox. You pay for a 20mb line but get speeds of only 4mb.. You pay your bills every month never miss it once, then double debit me causes my bank balance to go into negative resulting in bank charges i have to pay only refunded me the double debit after 3 tries with every try being R120 on bank charges. Then get told i owe them R35 because they had to refund me. Then i pay my bill upfront again yesterday and today i have no internet after paying the R699 + R35 that was owed.. Put back my ****ing internet. Vox nearly as bad as telkom!
