Broken promises

I am not impressed by VOX Telecoms. I requested an upgrade om my line 8 business days ago as me and my wife are both working from home. They assured me that the upgrade time will not be affected by the lock down. They also assured me that it will take UP TO 7 business days and that they logged a ticked with the line provider. I also sent an email to confirm, but they did not respond to my email as well. I will not recommend that anyone use them as service provider. They do not make the client a priority.
