Broken promises

On the 22 of feb i app**** for wifi they said if i sighn now i will get two months for free i immediately send in my stuff and kaylin said i will get the 2 months in the meantime she resigned and nathan took it over after two weeks i said to him about the two months he said i cant get cause i need to reapply again anx its to late i whats ap him the contract kaylin send me he said no so i left it there i kept on asking to speak to a manger where he told me no he is trying his best one week ago i messaged vox and chris contacted me and i said i had proof off everything he said he can see kaylin said i can have that promotion of two months and they will do a credit one week later and nothing has been sorted out and i still dont know what todo if i inbox jenna keeps on saying someone will get back to me know ever gets back and thinn its very poor service from vox and i need it to be sorted out
