Breach of Contract - stay away

Please stay away from Vox telecoms, was a total disappointment. Firstly Vuma technicians installed the point which had no clue what router will be installed.. No help or guidance where provided to us where point must be. We had to contact Vox telecom to ask, only to get told that router will only have range of 10m Following week, Vox came to install router. Technician arrived 40min late, no call to let the customer know. He arrived, dont say a word and just install router and left. No installation of laptop setting etc The wifi signal in and around the house is terrible. Did various internet speed test over last 4days and not one was more than 4Mbpm. I have signed a contract for a 10Mmbps and not 4Mbps I have requested a cancellation as they have conducted breach of conduct. According the CPA Act, it is my right as customer to cancel the service due to breach of contract as contract now not valid. So disappointed in this company
