Breach of Contract

The have no respect for any agreement made a blatantly avoid and ignore attempts to connect with supervisors. I made an arrange to pay the ridiculous R1725.00 installation fee coupled with the first months and pro-rata service fee that amounted to approximately R3000.00. The agreed upon amount was set to R1200.00 p/m until the outstanding amount was settled. The took the R1200.00 as agreed and then the next morning I was informed that the took a further R1880.00. Now when i call to rectify the massive oversight, they continually put me though to "Patience's" supervisor who does not posses the ability to answer the phone. Have been calling them for days and no effort what so ever has been made to correct this problem. now my account is in excess and i have to pay the penalties and they simply could not care less.
