Bothering me to use their service but don't want my service.

I have been a long time customer and never had problems. I moved far away and had to cancel vox services because the agent told me they had no fiber here. I got Rain services. Then vox kept phoning me and eventually I decided to use their services. Now they want letter from XDS which is a credit bureau not a debt canceller. It seams you don't want my services with all the paper wort and questions.
