Borderline *****ulent

This is an awful company to deal with, terrible customer support. After giving up on their support I cancelled line to use a different service company that has offered way better service. After you cancel the line they are meant to send a driver to collect the router. I packed the router and all the parts in the same box it came in. waited and waited, even logged on to the VOX portal to see the status has been updated. but nothing. One year later I get a mail charged with a cost of the router. They claim a driver came out without any paper trail or evidence and that I am liable. I still have the router. After making contact with a company,reason why I left. All these system to protext them and not value customer. The resolution, I will be blacked listed if I dont pay. This is why you should not go with VOX I have been responsible my side and I the customer must pay their *****ulent behavior. I still have the router they made no attempt to collect. Its another way to exploit people for money rather than offering good service.
