*********

I've been a customer for Vox for a few months now using their Fibre based internet services at home.

In a bid to reduce my monthly expenses, i requested that they reduce 20MB fibre connection to a 10MB line.

Given that this is a month to month account, i expected them to tell me they can reduce it for me at the end of the following calender month.

They had no objection to reducing the speed, but they did however indicate that they will charge me R1000 admin to reduce this. R1000 ? Which means that my saving of R150 per month will take 6 months to

I raised my concerns with this fee, and they indicated that they can waive the fee if i sign a 24 month contract? Seriously? That seems very much like ********* to me.

How can you force me to sign a 24 month contract when i want to reduce my speed (which is totally within my rights according to the CPA) ?
