Blacklisted for no reason
This is Bull!!!!!!!!!! Taking food out of my children's mouths I have never has an account with you guys. Go back to the call recording it was stated the account will be activated only upon payment. All of a sudden i owe the sneaky vox telecom. you have blacklisted me for no dam reason. i have never used your services ever. You guys took forever to come and install, eventually one call to TELKOM and they came to install the very next day

The billing on the account pertains to the Vobi services and was not for Ftth services, Ftth was not installed or activated.
The necessary amendments have been made .
