Billing over 24months .
<div>I have had a UPS on a 24 month contract. Vox has been billing me for over 2 years. I tried to call but am on hold forever! They saying the hardware is not mine! Why would I pay R350/month for a 24 month contract if I does not become mine!?! I have tried calling but it either rings and cuts me off or music play for 20min. Absolutely terrible service! Why can they not answer the phone! Pls call me </div>

8.5. Vox will retain the password for the Equipment. Responsibility for the IP configuration of the Service Configuration lies with Vox.
8.6. Ownership of the Equipment vests in the Vox. Equipment is not subject to a rentto-own contract
