Billing complaint

About 5 months ago i cancelled my contract with vox . I was told it is a month to month contract i paid them the month that i owed to them . Now vox handed me over to an attourney . That phones my wife why do thet not phone me ? No statements has been send no body contact me from vox if you paid for something surely you need some kind of proof that you paid i am fed up with this company and will be taking this further ...
