Had the best service provider and canceled ahead of time like 3 months notice and followed up with phone calls to where to collect the router. Emails that I've sent was nothing but best wishes and how effordless the provider provided the service to me. I had taken the time to thank them and received a zero invoice later that month, I've placed the router at my old works counter for collection. The sectarian had told me that they had only collected the following month this is after I no longer worked there but kept updated on the collection as vox was not reachable to change the collection point, at this point it was safe and ready for collection. Since then I've been called by lawyers telling me to pay money for a device and service I could no longer afford due to the job loss etc. As all the nessary steps I took was just not enough for vox to bully me into paying a bill that had no longer service. And the fact that I gave a 3 month written and verbal notice, is shocking to me and all persons I've referred to use vox and a network provider.
