Biggest waste of time

Really regret going with Vox. One full week later and my order hasn’t even been approved yet. The sales consultant said I would have internet by Saturday or Monday at latest. It’s now Tuesday, still waiting for RICA approval. In the process my ID has also been blocked by Home Affairs even though I used it to RICA another sim card the day before. I’ve had to change the order to be on my partners name because of that. Lots of drama and zero progress one week later.
