Big mistake going from Afrihost to Vox
<p>About a year or so ago i made the stupid decision to go with Vox telecoms, man do i regret that. Since i started with them it was the one complaint after the other, if they dont have issues than its data disapearing, And than you get consultants that dont know how to explain the product, incompetant consultants. According to Vox they are a NGO so i basically donated my money to them 850GB disapeared over night and they cant get my data back according to them. to make it up to me they decided to give me 40GB worth of data to make it up to me. So i spend 1500 plus minus on data that i just wanted to give back to them, now that is what you call a Giver of note, yip thats me.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was a "pleasure" donating money to Vox as a south african it was my duty to do so, i really didnt have to use that data, i purchased t for fun. To you reading this STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE, IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH THEM MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE HEART PROBLEMS YOU WILL SURELY DIE!!!!!!</p>

We have investigated your complaint and found the following -
You purchased a 150GB Fat pipe ADSL package on the 04/12/2015.
The package was requested to be cancelled by you for the 01/03/2016.
On the 1/04/2016 you purchase a 200GB Fat Pipe package with us and decided to down grade to the 25GB Fat pipe lite package on the 01/06/2016.
Our terms and conditions in clause 6.5 states that upon termination of the subscription any unused data will be forfeited therefor we will unfortunately not be able to refund the data that was cancelled.
