BEWARE: Vox telecom deducts money from bank account 4 no reason
Vox has been deducting debit orders from my business account as if it's an ATM. They were suppose to CREDIT us BUT when I checked my statement they DEDUCTED monies again. Between the 28th of Feb 2025 and the 6th of March they deducted 3 payments to the value of R11 695.62. Since 1 August 2024 up to date, they took R58 401.20 from our account!!! And the last year our FIBER was still not activated! Please reconsider before choosing VOX as your service provider
