Beware: Vox customer service ends once the sales order is signed.

Beware customer service stops after signing the debit order. I only changed to Vox because Afrihost does not offer VOIP, and Telkom disconnected my landline and never reconnected me. Its more than a month now and despite what the helpful sales agent tries to do, the support/technical departments couldnt be bothered to see VOIP as a reality for me. From sending a technician to link up a phone, but not sending the phone, to making an appointment and cancelling it without calling me to cancel, having me change my Monday around to be back for the appointment, but they had cancelled for no given reason. On a given day they say I should be waiting for their call which only comes 3 hours later (at night) when I have given up on them and am charging my phone upstairs. Yesterday someone called me to say they will help me, we agreed on a time for them to call back as I was in my car, naturally they didnt call back. And so the games carry on. Beware this company wants to sign u up, thereafter you can go to hell. Bottom line: about 6 weeks later I still dont have VOIP.
