Beware Vox Cancellation Terms - one month does not mean one month - it means actually 2 months.

Beware - Vox cancellation terms!!! If you cancel on the first of the Month for the end of that same month, they will FORCE you to pay for 2 months. They say its a calendar month notice, so the 1st day of the month is not seen as a calendar month. Now they are *****ing the second month fee from me. I have pleaded and asked nicely, but they don't care. Oh and don't ask them to fetch the router on the day you move out, because remember they are *****ing your money for the second month, so they can only collect your router after the date of the 2nd month when you are no long in South Africa. Tough luck for me as the customer. Really horrible service!!!!! So disappointed. R800 is a LOT of money for me :'(
