Beware - seems impossible to cancel a contract

I have a FTTH service from Vox, which I need to cancel because I am moving home and there are not fibre services at the new address. I called Vox last month (August) and was instructed to send a mail to cancellations by the Accounts Department. I received telephonic confirmation a few days later that the service would be terminated on 1 October. I got another call about two weeks later and was promised an e-mail confirmation, which was never sent. So imagine my surprise when I received an invoice for October services. Besides the poor customer service in not honouring commitments, it appears Vox is deliberately making it impossible for customers to cancel their contracts as there are no contact details for Cancellations. Although the product itselfis great, the customer service is shockingly poor.
