BEWARE OF VOX TELECOM!!

DO NOT SIGN ANY QUOTE OR CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE *****, ******* AND IMMORAL!!.

The company claims to be based in South Africa but actually their service provider is in Abu Dhabi so if you have any issues you have to jump through hoops for over 1 month and the issue does not get resolved. There is no way to get out of their contracts, you will literally be bound to them for the length of the contract even if you dont use their services. The sales team are smooth talkers, do not believe a single word they tell you, they are all lies, their products don't work for anything else aside from emails, netflix and youtube. You are better off using an LTE from telkom than VOX. Even your mobile hotspot is better than them. Be warned, its a ******** company that has an iron clad contract. I haven't used their product since installation after being assured it will work, it never did but i have to pay them for 24 months.
