Beware of the con-artists at Vox!!!

Do not fall for Vox - they are a business with zero moral compass. They are a business that does not care about service or service delivery. The salesman dont care about after-sale service and the call centre is absolutely useless. I had countless problems with Vox and management was just as ineffective and unhelpful as the sales department. I app**** for uncapped and my contract was incorrectly loaded as a capped line. The salesman **** and loaded my account purposefully incorrect. He sold me something different over the phone to what he loaded. I took it up with Vox management and they were useless. Eventually I ended up cancelling my contract and even though it was a "month to month" (no extra charges), they charged me a over R2000 to cancel.
