Beware of Sneaky debit orders from Vox

Vox, you are most ********* and sneaky! I cancelled my contract with Vox at end of November 2024. No one since then contacted me for the collection of the router until 31 March 2025 when an employee telephonically contacted me to inform that I did not return their router and that Box was going to bill me and that I can go and return their router. I responded by stating that no one from Vox nor their courier contacted me to collect the router and that it was unfair now for me to go and deliver it to Vox. I have the router kept aside and awaited for Vox to confirm collection since I moved house during December 2024 and can confirm that no one from Vox nor their courier contacted me. I confirmed that I have the router and can Vox make arrangements to collect it and she responded that she will revert back to me. There has been no contact since then , not even an email. Fast forward to today, 2 April 2025 , a debit order for the router was made R1999.00. This is has to be the most unprofessional, *********, and ******** response from Vox!

Vox, please refund my money and come collect your router !
