Beware of referral **** from Vox telecom

I referred someone to them and as per their request it was done online. The person referred then clicked on the link to order the line.. They couldn't offer the line as per requirement and offered a better line..this after over 1 month...since the call centre called and told him they cannot offer his line amd they offered another variation, now the referral credit falls away...they are refusing to offer the credit...not once did they call me or him to ask him to do it online again so that I could get the credit as per promise.. niw when I am quering it, then they say...as far as I am concerned they are devious and found a way NOT to give the referer the credit...
