Sadly. - very unhappy with this company. Was recommended to try it by a colleague. Called in to avoid unnecessary problems as I do not read or understand all the various technical jargon. A lot of very apologetic emails but the service I wanted, require and expect is not available from this company. Looking at the reviews here see that this is the general consensus of most people who have tried. I had hoped that leaving Telkom for same bad customer service - now I have worse. No landline and had to deal with the most inexperienced staff who are not trained nor do they advise customers that they are in training. The time spent having to write emails and call was more than frustrating. I will def move to another service provider as soon as I can give notice.
