Beware: Great Before Signing Up, Horrible After
I’m shocked to see that I’m not alone in my experience with Vox. I received an invoice for R2,000 for unreturned hardware, but despite multiple calls and email about the courier not picking it up, I’ve received no response or assistance. I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. The entire process has been a hassle, and it seems they only provide good service when you’re signing up. Once you’re a customer, it’s a different story.
